Fairy House Building

Use your imagination to build a house fit for a fairy in the little woods of Miller Park. Natural materials will be provided, such as sticks, bark, leaves, dried flowers, seed pods, pine cones, shells, stones, etc. Feel free to also bring any natural materials from home. This is a family program, and at least one adult must accompany each family group. Registration (as a family group) is required and begins May 3. Please meet in the children’s area of the Miller Park Library at the beginning of the program.

Marble Run Engineering Challenge

Experiment with different materials – straws, paper towel tubes, cardboard boxes, and marbles and try to create your own marble run. Learn about the laws of physics while also having fun! For grades 3-5. Registration is required and begins April 10.

Spring Cards

Drop-in anytime today and make a spring card in our Youth Services Department. Keep one for someone special and make another to brighten the day of a local senior citizen. Our Outreach Services will deliver donated cards during the next few weeks.
