Download Your Favorite Books, Music & Film

Download books—then read or listen to them on your computer, MP3 player, smartphone or PDA.

These digital versions of print books and audiobooks include eAudiobooks for listening and eBooks for on-screen reading. They can be checked out even when the library is closed, and they never accrue late fees!

We also offer eMusic and eFilm titles you can listen to or watch on your computer or portable device.

Freegal Music Downloads

Download your favorite music from Freegal, a new FREE digital download for music [2]. You can download and listen to songs from major artists on your PC, Mac, or MP3 player, smartphone or other portable device.

  • Requires Upper Arlington Library Card and PIN number.
  • Two MP3 downloads per patron per week.
  • No due dates or overdue fines, downloaded music is yours to keep!
  • The Upper Arlington Library provides a limited number of downloads per week.
  • Reserve songs for future download by creating a Wish list. The "wish list" may be created once the library's weekly download limit has been reached.

Circulation Policies

  • Choose your own loan period up to 14 days
  • No renewals
  • Only one person may use a title at a time - except for the "Always Available" audio & film titles
  • Place a hold if the title is out
  • Can burn audio to a CD (when permitted by the publisher)
  • Limit of 10 items per card
