Kick-off Summer Reading with an eBook

Celebrate the beginning of the summer reading season with a new eBook mystery, and don't worry, it won't be checked out. UAPL is participating (again) in the Big Library Read program, which makes one eBook title available to an unlimited number of patrons. The current title is A Pedigree to Die For by Laurien Berenson, a mystery that introduces amateur sleuth Melanie Travis and a passel of Poodles. You can start reading anytime between June 3rd and June 18th.

To add more incentive, reading this book is on the activity list for Adult Summer Reading Club. For each completed activity, you are entered in our weekly prize drawing. Make sure to sign up first at ualibrary.org or at your local branch, to be registered for the grand prize drawing, a Nexus 7. A perfect way to read more eBooks.

If you've checked out eBooks before, you can check out A Pedigree to Die For the same way. If you haven't tried eBooks yet and you want some help, contact our Media Services department and schedule a 1-on-1 training.

Happy Reading!
