Barbecued Beef

Ingredients

2 lb
beef stew meat
1 c
onion (chopped)
 
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 c
catsup
1 clv
garlic (minced)
1⁄4 c
brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 T
vinegar
1 T
Worcestershire sauce
1 T
prepared mustard

Instructions

Brown beef and onion together. Add salt and pepper and about 1 cup of water. Cover and cook 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients; cover and cook 1 hour longer. Tear meat apart with two forks.
