Chocolate Loaf

Ingredients

1 3⁄4 c
flour
1⁄2 c
cocoa powder, unsweetened
1⁄2 t
salt
1 T
instant espresso powder
1
egg (slightly beaten)
1⁄4 c
butter, unsalted (melted)
1 c
buttermilk
1 c
sugar
2 t
vanilla
1⁄2 c
pecans (chopped)

Instructions

Mix ingredients together and bake in a small greased loaf pan or cupcake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
