Technology Help
We provide 1-on-1 in-person appointments with staff in our Adult Department for help with UAPL's free digital resources and with basic Apple and Android orientations.
Please note, we do not do device repairs, nor can we advise you on hardware issues.
Technology Program Resources
Our technology programs on cloud services have gone virtual: you can now watch modified versions of our cloud services programs on the library’s YouTube page.
Learn a new skill and discover how you can make the most of free cloud services to store, share, and even create your own documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using online software!
Visit the Upper Arlington Public Library YouTube page to watch online programs, or check out the technology playlist. You do not have to have a YouTube account, or be logged in to your YouTube or Google account, in order to watch our videos; however, you will need an account in order to subscribe to the library’s channel.
Download a copy of the handouts for each program series below. As new videos are posted to YouTube, we will update this post with their handouts, so you can follow along and practice at home.
